Maamoul box of 18 (date)

Zeena Bakery's date maamoul are traditional semolina cookies filled with Medjool dates, ground in-house and mixed with cinnamon and olive oil. We follow a family recipe that Zeena grew up baking with her grandmother.

Each maamoul features a tender semolina shell that crumbles as you bite into it, giving way to a rich, chewy interior.  

Date maamoul can be enjoyed as a small treat anytime during the day. They pair especially well with a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon tea.

  • Date filling: medjool dates, extra virgin olive oil, cinnamon (no added sugar in date filling).

• Room Temperature: enjoy within 2 weeks (store in a cool, dry place).

• Refrigerated: keep refrigerated up to 1 month in an airtight container for extended freshness.
