Dukkah
Dukkah is a traditionally Gazan spice mix. Made with toasted wheat, sesame, and spices, it is savory, salty, and subtly smoky with a very slight kick. We source our dukkah from Palestine.
Traditionally, bread is dipped in olive oil and dukkah. Our customers have discovered a wide range of applications: seasoning for salmon, lamb, or roasted vegetables, a dry rub for meats, stirred into salad dressings, mixed into labneh, and more.
We offer dukkah in two size/packaging options: a 2 oz glass jar for the kitchen cabinet or an 8 oz paper package for larger amounts.
Please anticipate 2–4 days of lead time before shipping.
