Maamoul box of 18 (mixed)

Zeena Bakery's mixed maamoul box features a selection of our signature cookies: 6 date, 6 walnut, and 6 pistachio. We follow a family recipe that Zeena grew up baking with her grandmother.

Each maamoul features a tender semolina shell that crumbles as you bite into it, giving way to a distinctly flavored center:

• Date: filled with medjool dates, ground in-house and blended with cinnamon and extra virgin olive oil (no added sugar).

• Walnut: filled with coarse and finely ground walnuts infused with warm cinnamon, honey, molasses, and vanilla bean.

• Pistachio: filled with coarse and finely ground pistachios complemented by orange blossom water and cardamom.

Our maamoul can be enjoyed as a small treat anytime during the day. They pair especially well with a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon tea.

  • Base dough (all varieties): semolina, clarified butter, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, orange blossom water.

  • Date filling: medjool dates, extra virgin olive oil, cinnamon. (No added sugar in date filling).

  • Walnut filling: walnuts, clarified butter, honey, powdered sugar, cinnamon, vanilla bean paste, molasses, sea salt.

  • Pistachio filling: pistachios, clarified butter, honey, powdered sugar, orange blossom water, cardamom, sea salt.

• Packaging: boxed and individually wrapped for freshness and protection during transit.

Storage

• Room Temperature: enjoy within 1–2 weeks (store in a cool, dry place).

• Refrigerated: keep refrigerated up to 1 month in an airtight container for extended freshness.
